First, test your device immediately upon receipt. If your disposable vape is non-functional out of the box, we replace it instantly.
1. Disposable Vape Devices
Because disposable vapes are consumable goods, returns for opened items based on personal flavor taste are not accepted. However, we provide exchanges for factory defects under these rules:
- Dead-on-Arrival (DOA): Please notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery if a device fails to fire.
- In addition, send a short video clip showing the issue along with your invoice.
- Consequently, approved claims receive a replacement during your next express delivery shipment.
2. E-Liquids & Hardware Kits
Furthermore, unopened e-liquids remain eligible for return within 7 days. Additionally, pod systems include a 14-day warranty against electronic failure.
3. How to Request an Exchange
